Methodology
Data is from the January 2025 PYMNTS Intelligence and Banyan report titled "Beyond Points and Perks: How Relevant Benefits Drive Cardholder Engagement." 2,826 US cardholders were surveyed during October 23-November 7, 2024. The sample was balanced based on census data, including demographics such as income, age, and education. Banyan is a receipt data platform for merchants.
