Methodology

Data is from the November 2032 Cisco report titled "AI Readiness Index: Intentions Outpacing Abilities." 8,161 senior business leaders at organizations with 500+ employees were surveyed worldwide during September-October 2023. The survey was conducted online and via telephone in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the UK, the US, and Vietnam. All respondents had responsibility for AI integration/deployment at their organizations.
