Methodology
Data is from the July 2023 Capgemini Research Institute report titled "Harnessing the Value of Generative AI: Top Use Cases Across Industries." 1,000 executives at organizations with at least $500 million in revenues were surveyed worldwide during April 2023. The online survey was conducted in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Singapore, Sweden, the UK, and the US. All respondents were at organizations that are interested in exploring generative AI or have already begun doing so. In addition, in-depth interviews about generative AI were conducted with 10 executives.Featured In
