Data is from the March 2023 Tinuiti report titled "The 2023 CPG Customer Journey." 3,000 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during February 16-23, 2023 across three unique surveys designed to dive deep into beauty, food and beverage, and over-the-counter (OTC) health product consumption habits.
