Data is from an October 2022 Happy Returns report titled "Returns Happen 2022." 2,002 US adults ages 18+ were surveyed online during September 8-19, 2022 by TRC and Forsta. All respondents returned an online product in the past year. Happy Returns is a PayPal company.
