Methodology
Data is from a September 2022 MIT Technology Review Insights report titled "CIO Vision 2025: Bridging the Gap Between BI and AI" sponsored by Databricks. 600 executives were surveyed worldwide during May-June 2022. Respondents held senior technology roles; 84% were C-level (CIO, CTO, chief data/analytics officers, or chief AI officers) 16% were senior VP, VP, or head of department for AI, data platforms, or engineering.
