Insider Intelligence surveyed 1,961 banking digital users in the US between May 16 and June 13, 2022, asking them to rank their banks across six key factors that affect trust in digital banking: security, privacy, reputation, reliability, ease of use, and feature breadth. The respondents were selected to align with the US population on the criteria of age (among those ages 18 to 76), gender, household income, race/ethnicity, and region. The survey was fielded by a third-party sample provider. Data has a margin of error of +/-2.2 percentage points at the 95% confidence interval.
