Methodology
Data is from a June 2022 Sensor Tower report titled "2022-2026 Mobile Market Forecast." Gross revenues and download estimates for apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play were compiled for the period of January 1, 2014-May 31, 2022. Forecasts for 2022-2026 are based on historical trend analysis, macroeconomic projections, and additional factors. Revenue figures represent consumer spending, inclusive of app developer revenues, and the share earned by Apple and Google. Android estimates are for Google Play only and exclude third-party Android stores. Sensor Tower is a mobile app analytics platform.Chart Title
