Data is from the September 2021 Amwell "2021 Survey of Health Plans, Hospitals and Health Systems, and Clinicians" conducted by HIMSS Analytics. 100 US senior leaders across multiple functions (claims, member services, IT/technology, analytics, operations, care management, product management, and provider network management) at healthcare organizations, ranging in size from under 100,000 members to more than 5 million, were surveyed during July 2021. The respondents' organizations constitute health insurance carrier (57%), healthcare provider offering health insurance plans (31%), and third-party administrator/government payers (12%).Featured In
