Methodology
Data is from an October 2021 Acquia report titled "Deliver a More Modern CX: A Guide for Marketing Innovators." 8,000 consumers and 800 marketers worldwide were surveyed during July-August 2021 by Vanson Bourne. Respondents were located in Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, the UK, and the US. Acquia is a SaaS company.
