Data is from an October 2021 CMO Council and BPI Network report titled "Authentication Frustration: How Companies Lose Customers in the Digital Age" in partnership with Daon. 2,000 consumers worldwide ages 18+ were surveyed during September 2021 using the Pollfish platform.
