Do Digital Health Professionals' Organizations in Europe Support and Enable the Use of Consumer-Enabled and Connected Health Technologies*? (% of respondents, by country, April 2021)

Methodology

Data is from the May 2021 Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) report titled "E-Health Trendbarometer: Consumer-enabled and Connected Health in Europe." 359 digital health professionals from 26 European countries were surveyed online in English and German during February-April 2021. Respondents identified their countries as Germany (19%), Italy (11%), Netherlands (11%), Nordic countries (15%), Switzerland (10%), UK & Ireland (9%), and others (25%). Respondents identified their organization/role as consulting company including CEO and sales/marketing professionals (12%), health authority including CEO, CIO, and IT staff (5%), health facility including CIO, medical profession (physician), and researcher/scientist (50%), technology vendor (17%), and others (16%).
