Data is from a February 2021 NTT Data report titled "Get Personal: Banking on AI to Help Customers Reach Their Hopes and Dreams." 4,807 banking customers and 476 financial executives were surveyed during Q4 2020. Respondents were from 8 countries (Brazil, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Spain, the UK, and the US). 64% of the financial executives surveyed were from banking, 28% from brokerage/wealth, and 8% from other finance (cards, payments).Chart Title
