Methodology
Data is from the January 2021 CareerArc "2021 Future of Recruiting Study." 489 US HR and hiring professionals and 667 US job seekers 18+ were surveyed online during November 16-December 14, 2020. Job seekers were female (54%) or male (46%), ages 18 to 29 (24%), 33 to 44 (30%), 45 to 60 (21%), or ages 60+ (25%), employed full-time (49%), part-time (20%), or unemployed (31%). HR and hiring professional respondents were from companies with less than 500 employees (32%), 501 to 2,500 (32%), 2,501 to 50,000 (30%), or 50,001+ (6%). CareerArc is a social recruiting software company.
