Methodology

Data is from the September 2020 IBM Institute for Business Value and Oxford Economics report titled "COVID-19 and the Future of Business." 3,450 executives worldwide (22 countries) were surveyed via telephone during April-July 2020 and 13,374 adults ages 18+ worldwide (8 countries) were surveyed online during July 2020.
