Data is from the July 2020 KPMG report titled "Consumers and the new reality: Preparing for changing customer needs, behaviors and expectations." 12,334 adults worldwide ages 18+ from 12 different countries were surveyed online during May 29-June 8, 2020. The countries surveyed were Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Spain, the UK, and the US. Respondents had to have had an interaction with various sectors in the past 6 months. Data was representative of each country.Chart Title
