Leading Frustrations with Digital Banks According to UK/US Internet Users, March 2020 (% of respondents)

Methodology

Data is from the May 2020 GlobalWebIndex report titled "The Modern Banker: An Audience Profile on the Financial Attitudes and Behaviors of the Modern Banking Customer." 2,161 US internet users ages 16-64 and 2,320 UK internet users ages 16-64 were surveyed online during March 2020. 173,859 internet users worldwide ages 16-64 were surveyed online during Q4 2019. The survey was conducted in Argentina (n=1,546), Australia (n=4,041), Austria (n=1,275), Belgium (n=1,268), Brazil (n=5,635), Canada (n=4,787), China (n=24,334), Colombia (n=1,320), Denmark (n=1,262), Egypt (n=1,756), France (n=5,013), Germany (n=5,033), Ghana (n=951), Hong Kong (n=1,823), India (n=13,047), Indonesia (n=5,079), Ireland (n=1,277), Israel (n=1,314), Italy (n=5,145), Japan (n=3,292), Kenya (n=1,043), Malaysia (n=1,542), Mexico (n=4,351), Morocco (n=996), Netherlands (n=1,280), New Zealand (n=1,264), Nigeria (n=1,037), Philippines (n=3,077), Poland (n=1,833), Portugal (n=1,251), Romania (n=1,304), Russia (n=3,443), Saudi Arabia (n=1,493), Singapore (n=2,763), South Africa (n=1,552), South Korea (n=1,275), Spain (n=5,091), Switzerland (n=1,281), Taiwan (n=2,286), Thailand (n=3,824), Turkey (n=2,029), UAE (n=1,733), UK (n=10,090), US (n=25,040), Vietnam (n=2,520). Responses in each country have been weighted for age, gender and education level. Modern bankers are defined as internet users who have a bank account and have used an internet banking service on any device or banking app in the last month. 54,724 modern bankers aged 16-64 were included in the sample.
