Description

This chart shows attitude of phone/internet medical consultation among US adults. Attitude ranges from very comfortable to very uncomfortable.

Note

Respondents were asked, "How comfortable or uncomfortable would you be talking to your doctor or nurse practitioner about a health concern over the phone or the internet, instead of in person?"

Methodology

Data is from November 2019 Cheddar report titled "How Americans feel about Telemedicine" conducted by YouGov. 1,329 US adults ages 18+ were surveyed online during November 22-25, 2019. Data was weighted to be representative of the US adult population.
