Data is from the January 2020 LinkedIn report titled "2020 Global Talent Trends." 7,089 talent professionals and hiring managers worldwide were surveyed via email during August 24-September 30, 2019. Respondents were LinkedIn members who self-identified as professionals who work in a corporate human resources/talent acquisition department or hiring managers who have some authority over hiring decisions for their team.Chart Title
