Description

US shoppers were asked how much they expect to purchase from direct-to-consumer (D2C) companies in the next 5 years. Respondents were able to choose between 1%-19%, 20%-39%, 40%-59%, 60%-79% and 80%-100%.

Methodology

Data is from the November 2019 Diffusion report titled "2020 Direct-to-Consumer Purchase Intent Index" conducted by YouGov. 1,250 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during October 3-4, 2019. The figures have been weighted and are representative of US adults. Diffusion is an integrated communication agency.
