Methodology

Data is from the September 2019 RetailMeNot report titled "2019 Holiday Insights Guide" conducted by Kelton. 1,079 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during July 24-29, 2019. A separate survey of 203 US retailers was conducted online during July 23-29, 2019. Respondents were all at the senior manager level or above and have or have not partnered with RetailMeNot in the past year.
