What Features Convince US Mobile App Users to Download Merchants' Apps? (% of respondents, June 2019)

Description

This survey asked US consumers about what features from merchant's current apps make them interested in downloading it. The responses included coupons, loyalty programs, search features, reviews/ratings, wish lists and more.

Methodology

Data is from the August 2019 Pymnts.com and LISNR report titled "Which Apps Do They Want?" 1,045 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during June 3-10, 2019. Respondents all use mobile apps to plan trips to the store (e.g., identify products, search for stores that have specific products or find directions to physical store locations before visiting). The survey sample was census-balanced. LISNR is a payments technology company.
