US online shoppers were asked what they think about how frequently retailers communicate with them through the following channels: email, text message, notifications on mobile, social media and display ads.
Data is from Yes Marketing's June 2019 "Customer Lifecycle Report: The Retail Shopper's Journey to Loyalty." 1,000 US digital shoppers ages 18+ were surveyed in April 2019. Digital shoppers had all made a purchase with a retailer online in the past year.
