Methodology

Data is from the May 2019 SoDA report titled "Global Trends in Personalization" in partnership with Sitecore. 351 marketing and executive leaders worldwide were surveyed for 6 weeks during January-February 2019. Respondents are located in Australia (16%), Canada (7%), Europe (32%), Japan (15%) and US (31%) in companies with a digital marketing budget of less than $25 million (32%), $25-$50 million (18%), $50.1-$100 million (21%) or greater than $100 million (28%). Respondents held roles of C-level executive (56%) or marketing leader (44%). Sitecore is a provider of customer experience management software.
