Data is from the January 2019 RetailMeNot report titled "The 2019 Retail Marketing Playbook." 5,024 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during November 2-12, 2018. The respondents were a nationally representative sample of Americans over the age of 18. Additionally, 210 US retail marketers were surveyed online during October 28-November 9, 2018.
