How Many Purchases Do US Adults Make with Cash During a Typical Week? (% of respondents, 2015 & 2018)
Methodology
Data is from the December 2018 Pew Research Center report "American Trends Panel." 10,683 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during September 24-October 7, 2018. The American Trends Panel is a nationally representative panel of randomly selected US adults. Panelists who do not have internet access at home are provided with a tablet and wireless internet connected. The panel is managed by GfK. The margin of sampling error is +/-1.5 percentage points.Sources
