Methodology
Data is from the July 2018 IBM and CMO Council report titled "Doing More with Data." 165 senior marketing, supply chain and ecommerce executives worldwide were surveyed online during Q2 2018. Respondents identified their company focus as B2B (31%), B2C (26%) or both (43%) with revenues as less than $50 million (27%), $51-$100 million (6%), $101-$250 million (7%), $251-$500 million (6%), $501-$750 million (10%), $751 million-$1 billion (8%), $1.1-$5 billion (18%) and greater than $5 billion (18%), located in Africa (3%), Asia-Pacific (23%), Europe (14%), Middle East (6%), North America (47%) and South America (6%).
