Methodology
Data is from the June 2018 Adeptmind report titled "Shopping Barometer: Habits of the Modern Consumer." 1,002 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during May 15-22, 2018. Respondents were female (52.4%) and male (47.6%). Respondents identified their ages as 18-29 (20.3%), 30-44 (26.4%), 45-60 (23%) and 60+ (30.4%). Respondents identified their income as $0-$9,999 (7.9%), $10,000-$24,999 (11.6%), $25,000-$49,999 (20.7%), $50,000-$74,999 (13.3%), $75,000-$99,999 (11.2%), $100,000-$124,999 (8.2%), $125,000-$149,999 (4.4%), $150,000-$174,999 (2.4%), $175,000-$199,999 (1.4%), $200,000+ (3.8%) and prefer not to answer (15.3%).
