US grocery buyers cancelling subscription meal kit deliveries are, in over half of all cases, concerned with value for money spent. Portion size and price follow with around a tenth of users citing these as reasons for cancellation.

Data is from the June 2018 Market Force Information "US Grocery Benchmark Study." 12,892 US grocery buyers ages 18+ were surveyed online in April 2018. 77% of respondents were female and 52% of respondents earned more than $50k per year.
