Methodology

Data is from the May 2018 Planet Retail RNG report titled "Analogue to Automated: Retail in the Connected Age" in partnership with Displaydata. 4,811 consumers ages 18-65 from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, the UK and US were surveyed online in November 2017. All respondents had completed a purchase in a store within the previous week.
