Description
Internet users in Western Europe were asked about the types of personal data they would want deleted after the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) implementation.
Methodology
Data is from the May 2018 Capgemini report titled "Seizing the GDPR Advantage: From mandate to high-value opportunity." 6,000 internet users ages 18+ from 7 countries in Western Europe and 1,000 executives from various industries Western Europe and the US were surveyed during March-April 2018. Internet user respondents were surveyed online, while executives were surveyed online and by telephone. Internet users were ages 18-21 (9%), 22-32 (25%), 33-45 (28%), 46-60 (25%) and 60+ (13%), located in France (17%), Germany (17%), Italy (11%), Netherlands (17%), Spain (11%), Sweden (11%) and the UK (17%). Executive respondents were located in France (15%), Germany (15%), Italy (9%), Netherlands (15%), Spain (8%), Sweden (8%), the UK (15%) and the US (15%)
