US smartphone owners were asked about their digital purchase decisions that were influenced by product detail page features such as product images, star ratings and others.
Data is from the March 2018 Field Agent report titled "The Digital Shopper: Insights into Today's Most 'Connected' Customers." 2,100 US smartphone owners ages 18+ were surveyed via the Field Agent mobile app during February 20-March 20, 2018. Respondents were female (66%) and male (34%). Respondents identified their ages as 18-24 (4%), 25-34 (28%), 35-44 (35%), 45-54 (22%), 55-64 (10%) and 65+ (2%).
