Methodology

Data is from the November 2017 Bain & Company report titled "Customer Loyalty in Retail Banking" conducted by Research Now as cited in "Evolving the Customer Experience in Banking." 133,171 internet users worldwide ages 18+ were surveyed online during July-August 2017. Respondents were from Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, the UK and the US.
