Data is from the November 2017 LiveWorld report titled "Messaging Apps and Chatbots for Brand Marketing" conducted by Brand Innovators. 216 B2C brand marketers at Fortune 500 companies were surveyed in April 2017. Respondents were primarily US-based. LiveWorld is a provider of conversation management software and digital agent workforce services.
