Methodology
Data is from the June 2025 Stagwell and HarrisX report titled "Future of News." 7,126 US adults were surveyed during June 6-10, 2025. This included 1,965 self-identified News Junkies and 1,204 Exclusive News Junkies. Participants evaluated a randomized mix of 20 ads from 20 brands—covering static, animated, and video formats—across five key sectors: automotive, consumer packaged goods, financial services, technology, and travel/hospitality. Each brand was measured on seven brand and reputation metrics, both before and after exposure to its ad, enabling direct measurement of advertising impact.
