Methodology

Data is from the February 2025 Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) report titled "GBTA Business Travel Industry Outlook Poll." 786 business travel professionals worldwide were surveyed online between January 21-31, 2025. Respondents included corporate travel managers and travel suppliers who were GBTA members and non-members in the industries that include manufacturing (14%), finance and insurance (12%), software/technology (11%), healthcare, pharmaceuticals and social assistance (8%), mining, oil and gas extraction and utilities (6%), retail/wholesale trade (5%), non-profit, associations and foundations (5%), engineering (5%), and consulting (5%).
