Methodology
Data is from the July 2024 Verint "The State of Digital Customer Experience Report 2024." 1,500 consumers in Australia, the UK, and the US were surveyed online during April 3-May 2, 2024. In addition, 450 customer experience professionals from Australia, the UK, and the US were surveyed online during April 12-30, 2024. Respondents were at companies with at least 1,000 employees that interact with customers on at least one digital channel and who are directly involved in customer service or customer experience (CX).
