Data is from the July 2024 Verint "The State of Digital Customer Experience Report 2024." 1,500 consumers in Australia, the UK, and the US were surveyed online during April 3-May 2, 2024. In addition, 450 customer experience professionals from Australia, the UK, and the US were surveyed online during April 12-30, 2024.
