Methodology
Data is from a November 2022 Ascend2 report titled "Building Better Customer Experiences." 408 marketers worldwide were surveyed during the week of October 24, 2022. Respondents identified their role as C-suite/owner/partner (54%), VP/director/manager (33%), and nonmanagement professional (13%). Respondents identified their company type as B2B (27%), B2C (51%), and equally split between B2B and B2C (22%). Respondents identified the number of employees at their company as fewer than 50 (64%), 50-500 (20%), and more than 500 (15%).
