Methodology

Data is from the September 2022 Spiceworks Ziff Davis (SWZD) report titled "2023 State of IT" conducted by Aberdeen Strategy & Research. 968 business technology buyers at organizations in Europe and North America were surveyed during June 2022. Respondents were drawn from the Spiceworks network. 33% of respondents were from companies with 1-99 employees, 34% with 100-499, 12% with 500-999, 14% with 1,000-4,999, and 8% with 5,000 or more. Spiceworks Ziff Davis (SWZD) is a B2B marketplace for technology buyers and sellers. Aberdeen Strategy & Research, a division of SWZD, is a B2B market research company.
