How Confident Are US Adults That Their US Members of Congress Will Take Action to Lower the Cost of Healthcare? (% of respondents, June 2022)

Note

This data is being featured as part of our special coverage of tech and economic uncertainty.

Methodology

Data is from an August 2022 Gallup and West Health survey as cited in company blog. 3,001 US adults ages 18+ were surveyed during June 2-16, 2022. For results based on these data, the margin of sampling error at the 95% confidence level is +/-2.2 percentage points for response percentages around 50% and is +/-1.3 percentage points for response percentages around 10% or 90%, design effect included. Demographic weighting targets were based on the most recent Current Population Survey figures for the US population ages 18+.
