Aspects of Poor Customer Experience According to US Adults, Feb 2022 (% of respondents)

Note

Respondents were asked "Please rank these aspects of poor customer experience from 1 – 5 (1 being most frustrating)."

Methodology

Data is from the June 2022 Verint report titled "The 2022 State of Digital Customer Experience." 102 US B2B customer experience professionals were surveyed online during February 7-March 3, 2022. Respondents were involved with customer service or customer experience at companies with at least 1,000 employees with a job role of manager, director, executive vice president, senior vice president, executive vice president or C-level executive. In addition 2,000 US adults ages 18-75 were surveyed online during February 14-25, 2022. Respondents were part of an online panel representative of the US general population.
