AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) Consent Rate Among iOS Apps Worldwide, by Category, March 2022 (% of total users)
Methodology
Data is from the April 2022 AppsFlyer report titled "ATT 1 Year On: Examining the Impact of Privacy on the Mobile Marketing Space." AppsFlyer analyzed activity on its platform for the period of Q1 2021-Q1 2022, 4.9 billion nonorganic iOS app installs worldwide. The sample included 4,600 iOS apps with at least 100 7-day sessions that have implemented Apple's AppTrackingTransparency (ATT), and 3,600 iOS app with at least 5,000 installs per quarter attributed to Apple's SKAdNetwork. Data collection is done via integrations with leading media partners and AppsFlyer's propriety SDK implemented in its clients' apps. All data is anonymous and aggregated. AppsFlyer is a provider of mobile advertising attribution & analytics.
