Methodology
Data is from March 2022 Engageware report titled "Customer Engagement in Banking: The Path Forward for 2022." 92 US banking executives were surveyed during August 19-September 2, 2021. Respondents included professionals working in credit unions (67.4%) and community banks (31.5%) — with asset sizes ranging from <$500M to >$20B. Participants included a variety of roles, including branch and retail operations, executives, HR and training professionals, IT, customer/member experience, marketing, contact center, digital banking professionals, and more.
