Methodology

Data is from the June 2021 Research2Guidance "2021 Global COVID-19 Survey." 293 digital health experts worldwide representing a broad range of healthcare companies were surveyed during May 1-20, 2021. Most of the respondents were representatives from digital health companies (42%). The rest were healthcare experts from research institutions and universities (14%), healthcare providers and hospitals (10%), established pharmaceutical companies (5%), insurance companies (4%), government institutions (4%), sales, and others (21%). The participating companies have their headquarters in the European Union (58%), North America (25%), Asia-Pacific (11%), the Middle East (2%), Africa (1%), and Latin America (3%).
