Data is from the March 2021 Insider Intelligence "2020 US Telehealth Competitive Edge Survey." 1,188 US telehealth users ages 18-74 were surveyed online during December 16-23, 2020. The sample was selected to align with the US population on the criteria of age, gender, and region, and it was provided by a third-party provider.
