Methodology
Data is from a March 2021 The Conference Board report titled "COVID-19's Biggest Legacy: Remote Work and Its Implications for the Postpandemic Labor Market in the US." 330 US HR leaders were surveyed during September 2020. The Conference Board is an independent, not-for-profit business membership and research association.
