Methodology

Data is from the February 2021 Clarus Commerce "2021 Loyalty Industry Data Study." 300 US marketing and loyalty professionals were surveyed during October 2020. The respondents spanned a variety of retail categories and types of loyalty programs offered. Clarus Commerce designs, develops, and implements customized loyalty programs for retailers.
