Data is from the August 2020 Bank Director "2020 Technology Survey" sponsored by CDW. 157 US bank executives were surveyed online during June 18-July 16, 2020. Survey respondents included the following titles: independent director (32%), CEO (27%), CIO/CTO (12%), COO (10%), chair (6%), and other (15%). Asset size of the US banks that respondents represented included greater than $10B (8%), $1B-$10B (33%), $500M-$1B (30%), and less than $500M (29%).
