Data is from the June 2020 Wunderman Thompson "The B2B Future Shopper Report." 200 US B2B professionals ages 20+ were surveyed during April 17-27, 2020. Respondents held positions including purchase managers, procurement managers, purchasing clerks, agents, purchaser and C-level executives in automotive, chemicals & biotech, construction & hardware, cosmetics, electric equipment & consumer electronics, farming & fishery, fashion & apparel, food & beverages (groceries), furniture, healthcare & beauty, luxury goods, media, packaging & containers and pharma & medical industries.
