What Technologies Are Companies in North America Investing in to Get Their Business Back to Normal as Quickly as Possible After the Coronavirus Pandemic? (% of respondents, May 2020)

Note

Respondents were asked, "Which technologies are you planning to invest in to help your business return to a state of normalcy as quickly as possible (e.g. in-person interactions with customers, clients and among your workforce)?"

Methodology

Data is from the June 2020 Insight report titled "Intelligent Technology Pulse: The Impact of COVID-19 on Business Readiness" conducted by M/A/R/C Research. 200 IT executives in the US and Canada were surveyed online during May 8-12, 2020. Respondents were from companies with at least 1,000 employees and had one of the following titles: CIO, CTO, CSO, VP or director of IT/MIS/operations. Insight is a provider of hardware, software, cloud solutions and IT services.
